How After 2 Years Of Hard Work And No Results, I Managed To Find An Effective Ab Workout Program And Got My Well Deserved Six Pack Abs.
Hey everyone, JonJon here.
First things first, thank you for checking out my blog dedicated to Six Pack Workouts. What you’ll find here are the most Effective Ab Workouts on the net , as well as my personal experience with Truth About Sick Pack Abs Program during my ‘trial’ period.
If you’d rather skip my story/review, and visit the product’s website, check out “Truth About Six Pack Abs” – Try it first and decide later. (Link will open in a new window.)
If not, then let’s get started
When it comes to getting in shape and working on those six pack abs, chances are just like me, you’ve tried a dozen (or more) different ab workouts. You’ve probably read some muscle building blogs or an article from some random fitness magazine, gotten really excited, and then fallen off the track, because you still can’t find the right ab exercise program that you’re yearning for…
What a lot of people fail to realize is that they end up devoting time to random abdominal workouts and sit up routines they found online, only to later look for something else because the six pack abs program they founded is not working.
Why? How? Let me share my personal story with you and the weight training routines I went through, so you can see why working with random ab workouts you pick up along the way is so different from having an effective ab exercise program that you can follow to the letter.
A Little Back Story
After years of working out, trying to eat right, and taking various supplements of whey protein, I became increasingly discouraged that my fat stomach wasn’t going anywhere. I mean, eating almost perfectly (yes, I did have my weak moments where I indulged in things that weren’t good for me), working out, and providing what my body needed to do well should have been enough.
Then, after really thinking about it and trying to decide where my error was, I determined that my error was not in working out, but the kinds of workouts I was doing. Why these random workout routines and tips DIDN’t work? Simple: Because they are not a proven REAL workouts and REAL nutrition strategies.
I might be trying out all these free workout routines only to find out they’re not efficient for my body type. So I never did manage to find a good one by random searching; I had to scrap all of that.
By the way, through all of that, I never did use any of those stupid diet pills.
Why I Hate Diet Pills Suck
Are you ready for this? THEY DON’T WORK. I knew a lot of people (some are actually relatives!) who take a lot of diet pills, but remained couch potatoes. They didn’t get any result.
Also, what good is taking hundreds of dollars worth of these so-called diet pills, if you still have no self-discipline to stop eating fast food everyday? I’m not going to take diet pills and then keep eating out at McDonalds; that’s just a waste of my money. That’s not the way to achieve your dream of ripped six-pack abs.
It was a good thing I knew that from the start, so I didn’t have to spend a lot of money on diet pills that don’t work.
The only sure and steady way to achieve six-pack abs is a GOOD, HEALTHY DIET and CORRECT, CONSTANT EXERCISE. But I didn’t know where exactly to find a great source of info that was right for me! And that actually works!
Well, that was until I decided to give Truth About Six Pack Abs a try, because I got tons of recommendations from people who used it, saying that it’s the best and most effective guide to achieving those six pack abs. Hey, it’s worth a shot.
So What Is Truth About Six Pack Abs About?

Ab Workouts
The Truth About Six Pack Abs is NOT A JOKE, AND IT’S NOT A SCAM, like those expensive and stupid electronic belts you’re supposed to put on everyday for a few minutes and “guarantees” ripped abs. Ha!
It’s written by this guy named Mike Geary, who’s a certified nutrition expert and personal trainer. The book tells you not just how to have a healthy balanced diet that’s perfect for your body type, but how to successfully avoid bad foods and how to stick to a healthy, nutritional diet.
Afterwards, Mike starts you off in learning safe and effective full-body exercises and abdominal exercises, and tells you where the most mistakes happen. For example, you probably don’t know that to get ripped abs, you don’t just try to remove fat from your abs, but from your entire body. Simple tips like that which isn’t widely known made me feel I was getting true, effective workouts.
Lastly he provides a lot of pictures, in step by step, that you can use to measure your own progress, something which I have NEVER encountered before with others. Mike throws in some extra bonus exercises, too – okay, a LOT of bonus exercises. Frankly I was surprised by the huge amount of content this book has, and how detailed the information is.
I just managed to finish the book, tried everything like what I’ve been doing with previous attempts, but now I got results!
By the way, there also a lot of bonuses included with the book, like the Ultimate Stair Exercises and Stability Ball Killer Abs Workouts ebooks. Not bad for a cheap purchase!
What Do I Like About Truth About Abs?
1. It’s HUGE!
I’m not kidding around here. As I’ve said earlier, I was surprised by the sheer amount of content the book has, and how detailed it is. Whether you’re male or female, there is something for you inside. It’s 140 pages of detailed text, and a lot of pictures to go with it.
2. No Pills or Other Fancy Stuff
As I also said earlier, I don’t think diet pills work, and I never tried them at all. I never even tried meal-replacement protein supplements, even though Mike did recommend them for some people.
3. Full Diet Revamp
How To Get AbsThere are 15 diet plans in a timetable included in the book, which is perfect for me because I don’t want to eat the same food over and over and over.
I think the diet timetable is awesome because not only does it tell you what to eat, but supporting articles tell you what NOT to eat, and how to avoid eating them. It’s super flexible.
4. Detailed Workout Plans for Any Level
The workout plans described has 10 different levels, all with pictures and clear descriptions, so I don’t just have a vague idea of what I’m supposed to be doing. The descriptions and pictures are very detailed. They’re exceptionally helpful, and I can measure my progress clearly. Before, I can’t.

Ab ExercisesAnd I DID make progress! It was like Mike himself was there, being my personal trainer!
What Don’t I Like About Truth About Abs?
But of course, almost every book has their own flaws, like everything I tried before. Truth About Abs is no exception. I’ll tell you what I found I didn’t like about it:
1. It’s HUGE!
You may find it funny that what I liked is also what I didn’t like. Well, if you’re just some average guy or gal, and you’re a beginner, you might be overwhelmed by how much there is to learn. I actually took a long time finishing the book because I read it only in bite-size chunks. I read it while commuting, while there’s a break at work, etc. That’s how much material is in there.
Of course, after some time, I couldn’t put the book down at all.
2. Full Diet Revamp!
Let me get this straight out. I found that changing diets was the ABSOLUTE TOUGHEST part of the entire experience. I’ve been a sugar freak all my life, and there were so many foods I had to sacrifice if I wanted results. Cookies, chocolate, burgers, soft drinks, all out the window.
There was ABSOLUTELY no way I could achieve my goal of having six pack abs if I continued to eat all this stuff. It took me a miserable 2 weeks to change my diet fully, but it was necessary for me to reduce my flab.
3. Commitment
For beginners who might be reading this, I’m telling you now: you CANNOT work out only whenever you want to. You NEED to commit to work out at least twice a week, or your body will not feel the results. I thought I couldn’t even get to twice a week, to tell you the truth.
If you can’t commit your body to work out at least twice a week, I’m sorry to say you’re just wasting your time. But I did it, and I got my ripped abs to show for it, and here I am sharing it with you.
Who’s Going to Benefit From This Book?
Everybody. Are you male? Ok. Female? Still ok! (I’m not sure though how to measure how effective the women’s training is, because I’m male), Have you been trying out other training workout solutions like I was, or are you a complete beginner? There is something for everyone in this book.
Basically if you want to just lose the flab, flatten your stomach and eliminate your ‘love handles’, or want to totally get those six-pack abs like you see in action movie heroes, I think this is the book for you.

So Is It Worth It? Final Thoughts
If I sounded like a salesman back there, sorry. But I DO deserve to be proud of myself! After a long time trying all these random workout routines and diets (I’m not even sure if whoever wrote these are actual trainers), I finally had the courage to stop doubting and try The Truth About Six Pack Abs.
It feels like an actual investment.
I never imagined myself being approached by strangers on the beach or wherever and being asked, “Hey do you work out often? Nice abs!” I tell you, for me it was such an ego boost. It’s hard to understand until it actually happens to you!
I’m just happy I learned about Truth About Abs so soon. I could have been a victim of all those miracle cures and shady fitness training books. In the end I even saved myself the money and a lot of trouble!
So, the answer: Is Truth About Abs worth your money? Yes. It was definitely worth mine.
